Anna Wareham

A focussed and talented designer with a clear attention to detail. Since joining the Practice Anna has been part of the project teams for the design of a £6m care complex 50 extra care apartments and 75-room residential care buildings in Evesham.

Anna has also been actively involved in Residential schemes in London and Hemel Hempstead and transport projects including Coventry and Worcester Railway stations and Research facilities at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory and Tintometer Ltd.

Immediately prior to joining OA Anna was closely involved on the development of the architecture and interior design of King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This 690,000 sqm new airport is the gateway to Mecca and includes an airside hotel, four airport lounges, retail areas, a mosque and a transport hub with a railway station.

Anna is a Certified Passivhaus Designer. This provides Anna with the accreditation required to advise clients on the design requirements needed in order to achieve sustainable solutions and Passivhaus Accreditation.
