The practice currently operates from three studios. The Oxford studio is located in a Victorian country house within a rural woodland setting. The Bristol studio has a more urban feel, situated within a converted workshop on the city's outer fringe. The new Cambridge studio is located in a Grade II listed Georgian Manor House in Milton, just outside of the city.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 1–4
- Learn the skills needed to become a successful architect
Requirements

- Knowledge and experience of working in Revit & AutoCAD software

- Produce technical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the studio’s collective knowledge base
- Maintain excellent client relationships and uphold design quality throughout project delivery
Requirements
- ARB-registered architect with UK experience
- Strong design portfolio with demonstrable experience in at least two of our key sectors
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows, with demonstrable project experience
- Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
- Experience in technical detailing, specification writing, and tender packages (RIBA Stages 4–6)
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential

Within the Health Sector we have produced several award winning and internationally acclaimed projects. Over the past 30 years we have worked closely with our clients to develop models of care and have inputted into national standards. We provide a bespoke design service that responds specifically to the site’s context and client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities

- Understanding ADB software would be an advantage.
- RIBA Stage 4-6 experience (including technical specification writing / compiling tender information)
- Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Good all-round UK experience
