The project consists of the redevelopment of a brownfield site to provide a terrace of 4 houses and a further pair of semi detached houses.

Situated at the head of a hill on a major route into Bristol, the site provided a unique opportunity to create a prominent building. It wraps around a Grade II listed former tram shed which was itself converted into a retail outlet. After extensive discussions held with the city planners the scheme was agreed and successfully executed.
