Regency Queen Brought Up To Date

The soft strip/demolition and refurbishment of an existing Grade II Listed building with 1960s extension. Due to the limited head heights, we opted for an industrial aesthetic via clean wall and ceiling planes with exposed services either surface mounted or underslung from the buildings concrete frame. Finishing products in the form of floor coverings, carpets and soft furnishings were then selected in contemporary colours from quality manufacturers.

The resulting effect is a series of funky spaces happily inhabited by a variety of tenants from architects and engineers through to loss adjustors and corporate financiers.

  • Refined industrial aesthetic
  • Reduced build costs
  • Added volume to the spaces
  • Quality interiors
