Working with Aztech Building Services we fully refurbished the Grade 2 Listed Beacon House providing:

• New Reception and 8 individual offices
• Large Conference room and meeting rooms equipped with Surface Hubs
• 33 workstations over four floors
• Kitchens and breakout social space
• Fully refurbished sliding sash windows & secondary glazing
• Air-conditioned space to prevent overheating
• Step free access to the primary accommodation

The team successfully delivered the project meeting the demanding programme:
