A contemporary block of student accommodation is hidden behind a retained façade to St Aldates on a back land brown field site that was a former garage.

The building was designed for a private teaching college that has a range of facilities in the city and favoured a site close to the centre but within reach of the Isis. The entrance is along a passage to the south of the site in a very traditional Oxford manner with a stair and lift core accessing all rooms. Each floor has two groups of shared facilities as well as the café on the ground floor.
