Planning Approval for Lakota Site

The recent planning approval for the conversion of the locally listed Lakota nightclub and Grade 2 former Coroners Court will provide a new 46 unit residential enclave for the Stokes Croft community.

The conservation led scheme offers 20% affordable housing and provides a new landscaping setting that will enhance the character and nature of the existing heritage assets.
