Huge Research Support Building on Site
The Facilities Support Building (FSB) at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, Harwell is emerging fast on site. The steel frame gives a real indication of just how big the final building will be.
The £24m building, designed to BIM level 2, supports world-leading research at Harwell.
The client is the Science and Technology Facilities Council, Wilmott Dixon are the contractor with structural engineering by Clarke Nicholls Marcell and M&E design by Briggs and Forester.
