Historic Surrey Country House

Work has begun on the £8m renovation of Silverlands, an 1820’s, Grade II listed Country House.

Following a period of extensive ecological and other survey works, land has been cleared and scaffolding has now been erected around the entirety of the property. The building will be made weatherproof to halt further decay and safe access will be provided both internally and externally. These works represent the first stage of a major, complex renovation project.

Oxford Architects LLP are delighted to be Architects and Lead Consultants, the main contractor is Savvy Construction with Structural and Civil Engineering provided by HRW and MEP by Qoda.
