St Andrew's Healthcare, Northampton
Following the recent Planning application, detailed design is underway for a new 132 bedspace residential mental healthcare facility on the former Cliftonville School site. Construction of the 23,420sqm building is scheduled to commence in November 2008, following an enabling works programme which begins in August. Completion is programmed for the end of 2010.

Ashwell Court, Oakham
A Planning application has been submitted on behalf of Rugby Investments for a 1600sqm light industrial/ office development on the outskirts of Oakham in Rutland. The site is nearby to the 6070sqm office development currently under construction for the same client.
