Wells Road / School Road gets planning permission.

This mixed use development, in Bristol, comprising ground floor commercial space with 23 residential units over, recieved planning permission on 05.01.10.
OA were asked to design a scheme for the site after the owner was made aware of an application, by us, on the adjoining property. He liked that scheme and saw the value of asking OA to look at the site for him.

The current site owner is in negotiations with a prospective purchaser and we hope to be on site mid year, starting construction.

This permission maintains our 100% success record for mixed use commercial / residential schemes over the last 8 years.
