Oakham Business Park, Rutland
The first phase of 9 new B1 starter units have just been completed in a semi-rural setting on the outskirts of Oakham.  The units have been entered for the 2009 RICS regeneration award.

Vetco Gray, Nailsea
A new Hyperbaric Testing Chamber building is being erected for Vetco Gray, part of GE Oil & Gas.  Due for completion in May 2009 this new facility will complete the assembly and testing of high pressure control systems for oil rigs.
