Following the recent planning consent for the redevelopment of Llanelli town centre tenders for the construction works are currently being sought from a number of design and build contractors, with Oxford Architects novated. The 2 Ha site development will feature a landmark building, with ground floor restaurant & retail units, first floor office space, & a
53 bedroom hotel centred around two courtyards on
the top floor.

The development also incorporates a bar, restaurant & retail units that are located around a new six screen cinema. Transport links will be significantly improved with the construction of a new bus terminal
& parking for 250 cars.

It is anticipated that the development works will start
on site early In 2011.
