Further Success with St Andrew's Healthcare

With completion of the 211,500sqft, 132 bedspace William Wake House medium secure unit due towards the end of this year, St Andrew's Healthcare are planning their next move in the development of the former Cliftonville School site, Northampton.

Oxford Architects have been appointed for Cliftonville Phase 2. With briefing to commence very shortly it is anticipated the buildings will provide further mental health facilities in a phased programme of works, with an overall value and scale of development similar to that of William Wake House.
